Strategic Plan

The TNAFP Strategic Planning Committee and Board of Directors adopted a new strategic plan in late 2025 to guide the focus and direction for the future of the Academy.

This structure does not carry any specific timeframe. TNAFP leadership will review the plan at least annually, with more thorough evaluation/assessment at 3-year intervals, and high-level review/discussion at each Board meeting.

For all Tennesseans to have access to and continuity with a family physician so they can live longer, healthier lives.
