Practice Enhancement Through Clinically Correct Coding

TNAFP has partnered with Protime, LLC to offer an online educational platform to help members stay current and compliant in the ever-changing world of documentation, coding, and billing. There were sweeping changes in office coding in 2021 and a similar overhaul again in January 2023. This platform, created by a practicing family medicine and Certified Professional Coder (CPC) physician in South Carolina with more than 30 years in practice, offers specific modules to help providers master these changes in the hospital, emergency department, and post-acute settings. The combined track offers 20 Prescribed AAFP/AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits. The ambulatory and hospital tracks offer 15 and 12.5 credit hours, respectively.
