The TNAFP office in Brentwood (Williamson County, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Nashville) features a modern, technology-enabled meeting space that is available to rent for a variety of business needs.

The space features seating for up to 36 attendees in classroom style, AV equipment with two drop-down screens, projectors and built-in sound, and cameras for virtual meetings or events. Renting organizations have access to restroom facilities and a small kitchenette and can customize the layout to meet their needs.
$500 per day
$300 per 1/2day
TNAFP members and member organizations may use the space at no charge, subject to availability and approval.
Some nonprofit organizations may be eligible for reduced or waived fees.
Rental is subject to availability and approval by the Executive Director. Renting organizations must agree and adhere to TNAFP’s guest expectations.
