Fall CME Conference
Nashville | 2024
The one-day Fall CME Conference, hosted in collaboration with the TriStar Southern Hills Family Medicine Residency Program in Nashville and the UTHSC-Nashville Family Medicine Residency Program in Murfreesboro, is designed for family physicians to earn up to *6.25 AAFP Prescribed Credits on a variety of clinical topics from local subject matter experts. The event is open to all physicians, residents, medical students and other interested healthcare providers, including nurses and physician assistants.
Breakfast and lunch are included with registration.
This event and the Summer CME Conference held in Memphis in July 2024 are offered in direct response to TNAFP members’ feedback for more convenient (regional) weekend CME offerings.
*The AAFP has reviewed Middle TN Fall CME Conference and deemed it acceptable for up to 6.25 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 09/14/2024 to 09/14/2024. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
