2023 Annual Scientific Assembly

Mingle with more than 200 family physicians by joining approximately 40 companies exhibiting in the TNAFP Annual Scientific Assembly Vendor Expo.

Exhibit Pricing

Standard exhibit booth: $1500
Nonprofit exhibit booth: $500 (limited to five on a first come, first served basis)

All exhibits include:

  • Conference registration for two company representatives ($175 for each additional booth representative)
  • Breakfast, lunch and break food and beverage for company representatives
  • 8’ x 8’ booth space with one 6’ table, two chairs, electricity and conference WiFi connectivity

Deadline for exhibitor contracts is September 30, 2024.
Space is limited.
Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

General Information

  • Exhibit setup – Monday, October 28 – 8:00am – 6:00pm.
  • Exhibit breakdown – Wednesday, October 30 after adjournment.
  • Hotel reservations – Call the Wilderness at the Smokies Stone Hill Lodge at 877.325.9453 and ask for a reservation with the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians annual conference at Stone Hill Lodge. Rates in the TNAFP room block are $149/night plus a $14.95 per room, per night resort fee, plus tax. Reservation deadline for the room block is September 28, 2024.
  • Shipping – If you need to ship items to the hotel or convention center, make sure to include TNAFP, your company name, and your booth representative’s name on the shipping label. Plan on having items delivered no earlier than three days prior to the event (Friday, October 25) to ensure availability at the conference.
  • At least one representative should manage your booth during breakfast, lunch, breaks, and vendor reception.
  • Security – Vendors should take necessary precautions to guard against theft of, or damage to, personal and company property. TNAFP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  • TNAFP reserves the right to make any necessary last-minute changes in the Vendor Expo to deliver the best possible experience for conference attendees and partners.
  • Cancellation policy – Written cancellations received prior to September 15 will be honored minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds after September 15.
