In the coming weeks, the Tennessee Department of Health Office of Vital Records will be implementing a new
electronic death registration system. Trainings will be offered in multiple locations across the state, as well as
online. If you are interested in participating in the testing of the system prior to rollout, please contact us at 1-

becomes available.
