2023 Southeast Family Medicine Forum
TNAFP is honored to host the Southeast Family Medicine Forum in Nashville this year with a robust agenda focused on state and federal advocacy initiatives and other timely issues confronting family physicians in the 12 participating AAFP chapters.
There is no better opportunity to build important relationships with fellow physician leaders and chapter executives, strategize and collaborate on important advocacy issues, and share best practices to take back and implement in your home state.
Registration
Each participating chapter may send up to five representatives as determined by the chapter. There is no registration fee for the conference, thanks in large part to our generous sponsors, but each chapter is responsible for its delegation’s travel expenses (airfare, hotel, etc.).
Registration is closed. Please contact TNAFP for assistance.
